Rogue Action Center has Closed
It is with a heavy heart that we share Rogue Action Center (RAC) has closed. While the current financial and granting environment has presented insurmountable challenges, we refuse to let this moment be defined by loss. Instead, we choose to celebrate the incredible strides we have made together in the fight for our community, our youth, and to change the rules.

Our mission work is bigger than us. We did this work alongside all of you, in our communities, helping contribute to a Southern Oregon where impacted communities can STAY, THRIVE & FIGHT for this place. To this end, we have compiled an initial resource list (available below) for our supporters to find like organizations in our community to continue the fight for human dignity.

During our time, we saw our LGBTQ Listening Project and Disaster Relief Team take shape and serve many in our community, especially after the Almeda Fire. We produced Pride in Josephine County and trained and provided hundreds of De-escalation volunteers to keep our community safe. We trained, with our good partner Rogue Climate, over 270 youth interns who have focused on organizing and gone on to be leaders in our communities. We value them deeply and are so proud of the work they will do to carry this movement forward toward equity and justice. These impacts will continue long after our doors close.

Thank you for being a part of our story. Thank you for your contributions to RAC, to our community, to the work. You fuel a belief that every human being deserves to be seen and valued, and that we are all stronger together. May this be all of our legacy.
